Marketing Idea for RE/MAX Agents
Your colleague, David Dinkel, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Property Shop in Deerfield, WI, asked us to share his unique marketing program with you.
As you are likely aware, the State of Wisconsin offers a property tax credit known as the State of Wisconsin Lottery Credit. This credit is available to those who own their home and are the primary resident.
David has discovered that many homes in developments built after the year 2000 have never been registered to receive this credit. He uses his local MLS (Paragon) to look up tax records and identify properties where this is the case. He then sends a specially designed postcard (click here to view: goo.gl/s0q6i) informing the homeowners of the tax credit’s existence and what to do to check their eligibility.
You can create a postcard just like this in design center for free!!
